font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">UENP:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ap\u00f3s o(a) p\u00f3s-graduando(a) realizar as corre\u00e7\u00f5es e\/ou incorpora\u00e7\u00f5es sugeridas pela Comiss\u00e3o Julgadora e entregar a vers\u00e3o final aprovada pelo(a) orientador(a), o mesmo dever\u00e1 acessar o site<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> <a style=\"color: #008000;\" href=\"https:\/\/ficha.sbu.uenp.edu.br\/\">https:\/\/ficha.sbu.uenp.edu.br\/<\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, e ali, preencher devidamente todos os campos para que a ficha catalogr\u00e1gica seja gerada.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Assim que emitida, o(a) p\u00f3s-graduando(a) deve inseri-la na p\u00e1gina 2 de sua disserta\u00e7\u00e3o (logo ap\u00f3s a folha de rosto).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Em seguida, deve-se encaminhar \u00e0 secretaria da UENP, por meio \u2013 por meio de protocolo daquela IES \u2013 uma c\u00f3pia em pdf da disserta\u00e7\u00e3o de mestrado, acompanhada dos seguintes documentos:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de Disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Disserta\u00e7\u00e3o de Mestrado e Produto <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">T\u00e9cnico-Tecnol\u00f3gico via Internet<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de Disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Disserta\u00e7\u00e3o de Mestrado via Biblioteca<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #008000; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">UNICENTRO:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ap\u00f3s realizar as corre\u00e7\u00f5es e\/ou incorpora\u00e7\u00f5es sugeridas pela Comiss\u00e3o Julgadora e obter a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da vers\u00e3o final pelo(a) orientador(a), o(a) p\u00f3s-graduando(a) dever\u00e1 encaminhar sua disserta\u00e7\u00e3o, em formato <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">PDF<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, juntamente com a Ata de Defesa devidamente assinada, para o e-mail <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><a style=\"color: #008000;\" href=\"mailto:mara@unicentro.br\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">mara@unicentro.br<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, solicitando a confec\u00e7\u00e3o da ficha catalogr\u00e1fica.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Em seguida, a Biblioteca encaminhar\u00e1 uma guia de recolhimento no valor de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">R$ 25,00<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, referente ao servi\u00e7o de elabora\u00e7\u00e3o da ficha catalogr\u00e1fica.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ap\u00f3s efetuar o pagamento, o(a) p\u00f3s-graduando(a) dever\u00e1 encaminhar o comprovante de pagamento <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">ao mesmo e-mail utilizado para a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o da ficha catalogr\u00e1fica (<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><u><a style=\"color: #008000;\" href=\"mailto:mara@unicentro.br\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">mara@unicentro.br<\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">.
