Ap\u00f3s isso fez bacharelado em engenharia el\u00e9trica na McGill University e completou seu doutorado em f\u00edsica em 1954, na Universidade de Columbia surgiu seu interesse nas part\u00edculas m\u00e9sons-K.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 12pt\">Cronin conheceu Val Fitch no Laborat\u00f3rio de Brookhaven em 1964 enquanto trabalhavam estudando mat\u00e9ria e antimat\u00e9ria e descobriram que o tempo de desintegra\u00e7\u00e3o dos m\u00e9sons-K \u00e9 diferente do tempo do antim\u00e9son-K mostrando assim uma diferen\u00e7a no comportamento entre part\u00edculas e antipart\u00edculas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 12pt\"><b>Autor do texto:<\/b> Diego H.
