Este aumento de 20,3% entre o primeiro e terceiro trimestres reflete a expans\u00e3o do setor de servi\u00e7os no munic\u00edpio. Esta distor\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser explicada por fatores como regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o cadastral, inclus\u00e3o de novas propriedades ou campanha de cobran\u00e7a intensiva. Esta oscila\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 caracter\u00edstica deste tributo, diretamente ligado ao mercado imobili\u00e1rio local.
